Blank is automatic. A role set on an islander below always stands; these numbers place everyone left on Auto, in cast order. Starters have to be half women and half men to couple up on night one.
Voices
Anyone left blank below talks like this: "mate" or "man", "the telly" or "TV".
The islandersEverything is optional: leave it blank and the villa decides from their stats.

MAIN STAGE
A returning cast who arrive with a past — an original season, a rank, and something to prove. On Legacy the top two lip sync and the winner of the song chooses who goes home. On the save the top queen saves one of the bottom three and the song decides the rest.
One episode mid-season: every queen the show has sent home walks back in and is paired with a queen still competing — her closest ally in the room, usually. The maxi challenge is performed in those pairs and judged on the pair, so a returner can carry the queen she stands with or sink her. The panel names the top two couples; their two returning halves lip sync against each other, and the winner is in the competition again with her record, her win from tonight, and whatever she remembers about who sent her home. The other returners go back out, and the night still has a bottom and still sends somebody home. Adds one episode.
Which episode it is. 0 is automatic — the show runs it once the room has halved, which is where the seasons that did it put it: late enough for the field to be worth watching, early enough that the queen who comes back has a season to play.
On finale night the queens this season sent home come back and vote for which two finalists lip sync for the crown — instead of the host choosing. They vote on who they liked, what she did all season, how she just performed, and against the queen who ended their own run. Needs a showcase finale (“the host picks two”): a lip sync bracket has no cut for them to make.
A save that runs all season. The bar and the tank are luck, after the lip sync; the bars arrive once the whole cast is in the room, and the tank retires when the room is down to the number below. The beaver and the baguette are a decision made before the lip sync out of a bottom three, every elimination week until the semi-final: the maxi winner holds the beaver, and last week's eliminated queen hands the baguette to whoever she likes.
FORMATS & TWISTS
Tiebreaker ModeβΌ
Survivor: tied players can't vote on the revote; if still tied, non-tied players draw rocks. Total Drama/DC: tied players compete head-to-head in a physical or puzzle challenge β loser is eliminated, no rocks, no revote.
2nd Chance Isle FormatβΌ
Voted-out players go to 2nd Chance Isle instead of leaving. Format determines how the island works.
Shot in the DarkβΌ
Any player at any tribal can sacrifice their vote for a 1-in-6 chance at safety. If safe, all votes cast against them are nullified.
Black VoteβΌ
Every eliminated player (until F4) casts a secret vote or gift before leaving. Classic: extra vote against their enemy at next tribal. Modern: Extra Vote advantage to their closest ally.
Aftermath ShowβΌ
Aftermath: Chris interviews eliminated players, reveals secrets, shows unseen footage. Fan Vote: the winner returns at the start of the next episode. Aftermayhem: 6 eliminated players race across a board game gauntlet β first to the trophy case returns! If both fan vote and aftermayhem fire on the same aftermath, aftermayhem replaces the fan vote.
RomanceβΌ
Romance: showmances, love triangles, and secret affairs. Disable for a purely strategic season.
Episode EditβΌ
How much the episode is shaped into stories. It never changes what happens, only what gets a scene: the moment someone becomes a target, the warning that reaches them, why an advantage comes out tonight, an alliance forming. Everything else still airs as before.
Journey FormatβΌ
Select players embark on a journey each episode. They gamble their vote for a chance at an advantage. If they don't gamble, they lose their vote.
Exile Island FormatβΌ
Each episode, the winning tribe sends one member of the losing tribe to Exile Island to search for advantages. The exiled player returns for tribal β they are NOT safe.
Fan Decided FormatβΌ
Let fans vote on key format decisions β tribes, merge timing, jury size, twists. You can still override anything after.

SEASON STRUCTURE
Cast Size: 0 PlayersSet in Cast Builder
HOUSE OPTIONS
TiesBroken by the Head of Household, live. No revote, no rocks.
EndgameAlways a final three: a three-part Head of Household, then the jury votes.
Three on the block; one wins their way off before the vote.
Two nominees again once the house is this small.
The bottom of the HOH competition goes on slop. Slop, cold water, and a real cost in the veto.
Somebody walks, or is removed. It takes that week's eviction with it.
The evicted houseguest is interviewed on the way out.
VILLA OPTIONS
Automatic follows the cast: every bombshell and Casa Amor arrival gets a night to walk in.
How the dumpings play
Book them on the Season Timeline (Episode Format), under Dumpings, like any twist: pick a vote night and choose how it plays. A vote night with nothing booked draws its format the way the real show does. A booking can change any time: episodes that haven't aired use it at once, and an aired one uses it when you re-run it.
Who walks into the villa first and gets to know each other. On a Step Forward night they are the ones standing in the line when the others walk in. The show nearly always sends the girls in first.
The final
How many couples reach the final night. The UK final has almost always had four; three means two more islanders go home over the season, so the dumpings come more often.
CIRCLE OPTIONS
One episode a day. Automatic follows the cast: 11 to 15 days. A number too small for this cast is raised to the fewest days it needs: one for every blocking, plus the first and last.
How many profiles are still in on the last day, when the final ratings pick the winner. The US show has ended with five in most seasons.
A player who just arrived is always safe from their first blocking. This decides whether their first ratings count.
Who takes a persona from the Catfish Pool. With a reason: a player whose age, fame or job would cost them in this room, and whose strategy, nerve and loyalty say they would try it. A player with a smaller reason plays themselves and changes a fact or two.
On: a night with nothing booked on the Season Timeline can still turn out special, the way the show springs them (a Super Influencer, a power, a profile swap, a disrupter alert, a newcomer's way in). Off: only what is on the timeline happens; an empty night is a standard Hangout and a newcomer arrives the usual way.
US 6: a bot plays from Day 1 behind the profile of a 26-year-old vet intern. It is good with hashtags, never schemes, can't flirt, and struggles with very human questions. The others don't know it is there.
CHALLENGE OPTIONS
Pairs: you play the whole season with a partner. You win dailies together, the house votes a pair in, the Arena is two on two, and the losing pair goes home together. At the end, the partner with more points decides whether to share the money or keep it all. Teams: every daily is team against team, the losing team votes one of its own into the Arena, and an Arena winner can switch sides.
By show reads where each player came from. Champions are the players who have won a season before (the strongest third when there are too few). Vets against Rookies follows each player's billing on the Cast tab. In a draft the two strongest players are captains and pick in turn.
One team for each show only changes a by-show season; the other ways always make two.
Break up: with four more players left than run the final, TJ ends the teams and it is every player for themselves. Team final: the teams play the final, and every member of the winning team is a champion and shares the money.
Rivals reads the franchise's grudges. Ride or Die reads who came in together. Fresh Meat needs as many rookies as vets. Pick your partner: the first daily's winners pick first, and an Arena win lets a pair take somebody else's partner.
How many pairs run the final (with men's and women's pairs, split between the two). A partner set on a player's Cast card is kept whatever the method.
Off: men's and women's weeks, and a champion from each division. A non-binary player picks a division on the Cast tab. On: anyone can face anyone in the Arena, and one champion.
The house vote: everybody says a name out loud, and the most votes goes into the Arena. The Tribunal: the daily's winners are the Tribunal; the house nominates three, they plead their case, and the Tribunal sends one in.
Win in the Arena to earn a skull (or a ring). Nobody runs the final without one: the ones who never earned one go home on the morning of the final.
An Arena loser goes to Redemption House instead of home. Every couple of weeks the people there fight each other, and the winner goes back into the villa. It closes three weeks before the final.
How many players run the two-day final. In a gendered season they are split evenly between the divisions.
Most episodes end at the bar: drinks, hookups, arguments, and a disqualification if somebody gets physical.
Some dailies are played in pairs or teams, and the winners are safe together. Off: every daily is played solo.
Sparks, couples and breakups in the villa, and couples that vote together. Off: a purely strategic season.
RACE OPTIONS
On: the season draws its own twists, the way the show spreads them: a Boomerang every few legs, a Yield, a Zip-It, and late in the race a Boomerang the teams pick by card; and some seasons a Blind Boomerang, a Head-to-Head at the mat, or an Intersection that pairs teams at a challenge. A twist pinned on a leg's Season Timeline tile always happens. Off: only the pinned twists happen.
CASTLE OPTIONS
TiesThe table votes again, and the tied are the question: they do not answer it.
EndgameThe room stops banishing and is asked, privately, whether to banish or to end it.
Too few and one lucky banishment ends the season early; too many and the Faithfuls cannot help but find one. Two to a quarter of the cast.
The castle picks its own Traitors in secret.
A shield blocks the next murder only. It never saves anybody at the Round Table, it cannot be given away, and an unused one expires at dawn. Whatever you pick here, you can always pin an Armoury on a night from the timeline, or tick "Shield" on a single afternoon's mission β a scheduled night runs either way.
Nothing here is ticked to begin with, and nothing ticked here is needed to USE a twist — you can always pin any of them to a night from the season timeline, and a pinned night runs whatever you pinned. This is only about which ones the castle is allowed to spring on you unasked. Leave it empty and every unscheduled night is an ordinary murder.
Only a castle that actually wins the afternoon gets in. They each open one box, and the whole castle sees WHO went in but never who came out with it β so the Traitors have to decide whether any of that group is worth the risk.
The ceiling the missions are earning against. Nobody banked a penny of it until somebody walks out with the lot.
THE SEASON
What episode one is. The split premiere runs the cast in two halves with nobody going home; the porkchop sends somebody home on the first night.
Where the season stops, and how the crown is decided once it gets there.
THE CALL
VerdictThe panel ranks the week, the bottom two lip sync, and the host alone decides who goes home. Nobody votes.
THE MUSIC
Every lip sync plays a 30-second clip of its real song on its own. Upload an mp3 named after the song ("Toxic.mp3" or "Britney Spears - Toxic.mp3") and the full track plays instead; songs stay private to you. Files named after a moment (drama, comedy, runway, winner, sashay, chal-rusicalβ¦) become that moment's music, and a file named sfx-cheer, sfx-roar, sfx-slam, sfx-gasp, sfx-shantay, sfx-sashay, sfx-win or sfx-flash replaces that built-in sound effect.
SEASON OPTIONS
END GAME
How many are left when the murders stop and the fire round begins β banish-or-end until they agree to end it. Earlier (final five) means a longer finale; final two is a straight last vote.
Once per season, when the endgame begins, one player wins a private meeting in which another player must tell them the truth about what they are. Only the Seer hears the answer, and both of them may lie about it afterwards. In an auction the winning bid comes off the prize fund.
SETTINGS & MECHANICS
Hidden Immunity Idol SettingsβΌ
Each tribe starts with a hidden idol. When played at tribal, all votes against the holder are cancelled.
When an idol is played, the tribe gets a new one to find.
Advantage SettingsβΌ
When this many players remain, all advantages will be removed. Set to 0 to disable.
Other Advantages
Quits, Expulsions & MedevacsβΌ
When enabled, a player can walk out, or be expelled for putting hands on somebody. It takes that episode's vote with it — the cast is already down one. Driven by who is actually under pressure: temperament, nerve, hunger, and facing elimination.
Popularity SystemβΌ
Tracks fan popularity across the season. Drives the Fan Vote twist (saves the highest-popularity player) and the Fan Favorite award after the Final Tribal Council.
Hides the Fan Pulse leaderboard during the season. Popularity still tracks internally β results only revealed at the Fan Vote finale.
Survival MechanicsβΌ
Disabled: No food or water tracking. Players have unlimited resources.
Automatically adds a reward challenge every episode (stops at F4). Rewards restore tribe food β makes survival meaningful.
When a player is medically evacuated, the most recently voted-out player returns to take their spot. Incompatible with Redemption/Rescue Island.
Winning tribe can invite one person from the losing tribe to share the reward. Builds cross-tribal bonds and strategy.
The MoleβΌ
Disabled: No Mole twist this season.
CoachesβΌ
Check the "Coach" box on a player in the Cast Builder to make them a coach for this season.
A coach can find these, and can only play a few of them on themselves β the rest have to be handed to a contestant, which costs the coach their save card.
Disabled: No Coaches twist this season.

Relationships β pre-game bonds
Add Relationship
and
Leave this on "No connection" and the pair get no scenes of their own.
It is what the house plays off: exes relapse or stop speaking, estranged family try once,
a married couple get counted as one vote and can end it in the bedroom, a parent and child
get asked which of them is really playing, best friends get told to prove it.
Three twists are CAST off this list — the Twin Twist looks for a declared twin,
a Rivals season is built from the History group only, and Dynamic Duos needs at least two
declared pairs of any kind or it will not run at all.
Leave both at zero and they feel the same way about each other, which is
how it has always worked. Push one up and that person is warmer about this than the relationship
is — still in love with an ex who is finished, loyal to a friend who has moved on. Push one
down and they are quietly done with somebody who has not noticed. Votes, alliances, targeting and
romance all read it.
Pre-Game Alliances β alliances that start day 1 (max 6 members each)
Add Pre-Game Alliance
Normal alliance β can dissolve through betrayals or low bonds.
